“ The food here was SO GOOD! I ordered the summer salad (without blue cheese), the chevapchici, some apricot fructal, and the reforma cake and ate on the patio. Lowkey the servers forgot about me, but I had a book to read so I was ok-would probably sit inside if I went again. ”
“ It has been 10 years since I come here and this place is amazing. Food is great. My favorites are: BUREK with cheese, Sarma, Summer salad, BeoBurger etc Cakes are delicious too. During summer you may enjoy their patio outside, try Turkish coffee and enjoy your morning. I would highly recommend it for large parties too! Their service is the best. ”

“ I almost never write reviews, but this must be my tenth visit to Belgrade Café—and every single time I’m surprised all over again by how wonderful it is. As a Montenegrin who has been living in Los Angeles for the past few years (where Balkan food is almost impossible to find, and Balkan people even rarer), this place truly feels like food for both the body and the soul. I honestly don’t even know how to describe the warmth of the staff. Nemanja in particular is such a kind and welcoming person to everyone—whether you’re from the Balkans or from the U.S.—and the genuine smiles and hospitality of the whole team nearly outshine the incredible food itself. Anyone who has ever tried to make Karađorđe’s schnitzel knows how challenging it can be, yet they prepare it perfectly here. We’ve also tried their grilled meat platters several times, and I can honestly say the ćevapi and everything else are excellent choices. The desserts are just as good, but my personal guilty pleasure is the huge crêpe overflowing with Nutella—it’s impossible to resist. If you’re looking for authentic Balkan food served by people who treat you like family, this is the place.
